Name/Address Change - Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Management Companies and Home Inspectors
All licensees are required notify the Commission of any name change or change of mailing address. Failure to notify the Commission of address changes in a timely manner can prevent you from receiving your license renewal notification or other correspondence. A late fee ($75 for real estate appraisers and $50 for home inspectors) will be charged when a license is not renewed by its expiration date. Changes can be made:
Online using your registration number and password
Name/Address Change – real estate appraisers or home inspectors

An individual’s name change requires the licensee to provide a copy of the appropriate court document or marriage license. You may e-mail, mail, fax or hand-deliver your documentation to the Commission.
