On June 23, 2020, the Board for Professional Engineers adopted new Regulation .15 under COMAR 09.23.06 Continuing Professional Competency Requirements. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 47:10 Md. R. 527 (May 8, 2020), has been adopted as proposed.

Effective Date: July 27, 2020.
