On September 29, 2020, the Commissioner of Financial Regulation adopted amendments to Regulations .02 and .03, new Regulations .04 and .06—.07, and amendments to and the recodification of existing Regulation .04 to be Regulation .05 under COMAR 09.03.07 Credit Reporting Agencies. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 47:17 Md. R. 799—802 (August 14, 2020), has been adopted as proposed.

Effective Date: October 19, 2020.
