On October 18, 2019, the Commissioner of Labor and Industry adopted amendments to Regulation .28 under COMAR 09.12.01 Board of Boiler Rules. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 46:15 Md. R. 663—664 (July19, 2019), has been adopted as proposed.

Effective Date: July 16, 2020.
