On June 5, 2020, the Secretary of Labor adopted amendments to Regulation .03 under COMAR 09.12.58 Maryland Building Rehabilitation Code Regulations. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 47:3 Md. R. 198—199 (January 31, 2020), has been adopted as proposed.
