The Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review has granted emergency status to amendments to Regulation .01 and new Regulation .10 under COMAR 09.10.03 Prohibited Acts.

Emergency status began: May 18, 2017.
Emergency status expires: September 1, 2017.
